As WaveStrong’s CEO, Harpreet is leading the company through its next stage of growth and solidifying its position as the leader in CyberSecurity Consulting and Services domain. His unique business sense, technical acumen, vision for the future of the industry, and unwavering focus on culture have contributed to his building a world-class MSSP in the North America market. Based on his wealth of experience, Harpreet brings vital knowledge of operational direction and strategies as a board director and chairman in different companies in United States and Canada. Harpreet graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Computer Science program at University of Southern Mississippi.

Dan is accountable for client engagements, strategic planning, channel programs and operations focused on the execution of WaveStrong’s successful GTM. Rob has an extensive background that includes 6 years with the United States Navy running IT operations, as CIO and CISO at John C. Lincoln Health Network in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Saket Kaushik, CISSP
Director Managed Services
Dr. Saket Kaushik is a cybersecurity practitioner with more than 20 years of experience - as an academic with several peer reviewed publications, as a security software developer, as a solutions architect, as a security consultant and as a security team leader solutioning and delivering security solutions for customers. Saket currently serves as the Director overseeing successful delivery of all Manged Security Services (MSS) at WaveStrong. Prior to this, he worked as the VP - Identity and Access Management at AIG, and as an Assistant VP Information Security at Moody‘s Corporation. Additionally, he has held positions as a Graduate Lecturer and Adjunct Professor at George Mason University. Saket’s research interests include the application of formal methods in distributed systems, particularly flexible control over email systems through separation of policies and mechanisms, as well as new avenues in semantic web. Saket earned a BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Bombay. Subsequently, he attended George Mason University and earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science.

Most recently Jim was head of Professional Services (PS) and Delivery at TUV Rhineland (formerly OpenSky) for 7 years Providing Risk and Compliance Services, Cybersecurity Expertise, and Enterprise Secure Technology solutions for strategic clients. He also brings Security Software and Product expertise. As Director of PS at WaveStrong, he is responsible for growing the practice, managing the delivery team and having an eye toward improving the operation.

Alan Littlefield
CyberSecurity Executive Consultant
During Alan’s early career he spent time designing and implementing networks for a nationwide retailer, introducing himself to a career that would become a passion. Alan’s unconventional route in his 25+ years of IT has pushed him to prove himself as a force in the industry. During the beginning of IT Security, he focused himself on learning all aspects of networking and security and became the lead security engineer at a nationwide telecommunications firm, designing its ISP security strategy as well as implementing most security controls required. During his time as the only security engineer for this telco, he began to delve into scripting and taught himself multiple programming languages to build efficiencies in day-to-day tasks. Alan also spent over 5 years as a senior security consultant and management role for a large government contractor with a focus on energy, oil and gas, and municipalities. Alan’s most recent tenure was 7 years with IBM Security Services, focused on helping CIO’s, CTO’s and CISO’s develop and implement a security strategy based on the business needs and as well as industry needs. Alan’s unwavering commitment to excellence in delivering to the client’s unique needs and navigating the complex maze of cybersecurity led to him being recognized as a Top Contributor, within IBM, in 2023.

Jonathan Ghahreman is a Cybersecurity Executive Consultant , brings over 18 years of experience with notable roles such as N.A. SIOC Manager at IBM, Deputy Director of SOC/MSS Operations for CGI Federal, Security Analyst with the NNSA, and IT and network security operations manager in the United States Marine Corps.
